Club Policies & Rules

General Guidelines and Rules:

Cancellations: Cancellation of games due to weather, etc. will be posted on the home page no later than 8:00 am on the day of the games. It will be the sole responsibility of WSF to reschedule games. If inclement weather develops close to game time, it will be the Recreation Director who will suspend or cancel games.

Rescheduled Games: Coaches are not permitted to reschedule games on their own. It will be the coach's responsibility to play their games as they have been scheduled by WSF.

Concession Stand: Teams are prohibited from bringing concessions to the playing fields. Team orders can be taken by completing order forms. Each team will be required to provide workers during the season. The concession stand will be open during all scheduled games.
